The Coffee Class is a bakery bistro known for scratch-made food, handcrafted lattes, and warm hospitality. We’re hiring a Kitchen Manager to oversee back-of-house operations, maintain high food standards, and lead our kitchen team.

Responsibilities

Oversee kitchen operations to ensure efficiency, cleanliness, and consistency.

Train, coach, and support kitchen staff in food preparation, safety, and quality standards.

Maintain inventory levels, order supplies, and monitor food costs.

Uphold our standards of excellence in presentation, flavor, and speed of service.

Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Work with the Café Manager to align kitchen operations with overall café goals.

Lead positive, organized, and high-energy kitchen shifts.
Qualifications

2–4 years of back-of-house or kitchen leadership experience preferred.

Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen operations.

Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.

Organized, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining high standards.
