About the Role

The Coffee Class and Almond & Oat are bakery bistros known for scratch-made food, handcrafted lattes, and warm hospitality. We’re hiring Associate Café Managers to help lead our teams and support daily café operations.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day café operations and deliver an excellent guest experience.

• Mentor and coach team members through training and feedback.

• Uphold The Coffee Class Experience: menu expertise, upselling, table touch, and consistent guest greetings.

• Lead organized, high-energy shifts built on teamwork.

• Partner with the Café Manager and Director of Operations to drive results.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of restaurant or hospitality leadership experience preferred.

• Flexible availability, including weekends.

• Passion for mentoring and developing a team.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and committed to high standards.

• Energetic and positive attitude; thrives in a fast-paced environment.
