Multi-Unit General Cafe Manager – Almond & Oat Coffee House

Almond & Oat is a modern, dairy-free coffee house built around specialty espresso, intentional service, and everyday indulgence made accessible for all. Our drinks and menu are entirely dairy-free, but our focus is on craftsmanship, hospitality, and running exceptional cafes.

We’re hiring a Multi-Unit General Cafe Manager to oversee two Almond & Oat locations in Las Vegas. This role is ideal for someone who leads with presence, believes in high standards, and has a deep understanding of what great coffee and a great team look like. You’ll be accountable for both guest experience and operational performance across both cafes.

What You’ll Lead:

• Two Almond & Oat locations, ensuring daily operations are consistent, clean, and aligned with brand expectations.

• A team of Lead Baristas and hourly baristas focused on coaching, accountability, and development.

• KPI performance including labor percentage, average ticket, transaction growth, and guest experience scores.

• Training, evaluating, and mentoring team members to ensure high-quality execution and service.

• Weekly audits of service, beverage quality, cleanliness, and hospitality standards.

• Floor-based leadership, guiding your team in real time, not from the sidelines.

You’re a Strong Fit If You:

• Have 3 or more years of leadership experience in cafe or multi-unit food and beverage environments.

• Bring deep knowledge and enthusiasm for specialty coffee, including calibration, drink standards, and cafe workflow.

• Are skilled at giving direct, constructive feedback and creating a culture of follow-through.

• Are confident managing labor and costs while keeping the guest experience front and center.

• Lead with clarity, consistency, and high expectations.

• Thrive in systems-driven, performance-minded operations.

Position Details:

• Full-time, 40 hours per week across two Almond & Oat locations.

• Open availability required, including weekends and peak periods.
